Information we collect
When you book a delivery or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, and details of the item being moved. We keep a record of your bookings, trips, invoices, receipts and payments.
How we use it
Your information is used to confirm and price your booking, assign a rider or driver, complete the delivery, issue invoices and receipts, and respond to enquiries or complaints. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about an active job.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the rider, driver or partner handling your consignment. We do not sell customer information. We may disclose information where required by law or by a competent authority.
Storage and security
Records are held in our secure management system, accessible only to authorised staff accounts. We keep delivery records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute resolution purposes.
Your choices
