Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply to every booking, delivery, haulage job and freight movement we handle.

1. Prohibited and restricted items
We do not carry contraband or illegal goods of any kind. This includes hard drugs and narcotics, firearms, ammunition and explosives, live ammunition components, human parts, endangered wildlife products, counterfeit currency, stolen property and any item whose movement is restricted by Nigerian law. Flammable liquids, gas cylinders, corrosive chemicals and other hazardous materials are only accepted with prior written approval.
2. Accurate declaration
The sender must declare the true contents, quantity and weight of every consignment. Packages may be inspected before pickup or at any point in transit. Any consignment found to contain undeclared, prohibited or misdeclared items will be withheld, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. The sender bears full legal and financial responsibility in such cases.
3. Packaging
Items must be properly packed and sealed by the sender to withstand normal handling and road movement. We are not liable for damage caused by poor or inadequate packaging.
4. Valuables
Cash, jewellery, precious stones, bank cards and irreplaceable documents are carried only by prior arrangement and written agreement. Without such an agreement, we accept no liability for these items.
5. Pricing and payment
Quoted prices depend on distance, package size, location, weight, service type and any special requirements. Prices are confirmed by our operations team before pickup. Payment terms are agreed at booking, and outstanding balances are payable on or before delivery unless a credit arrangement exists.
6. Delivery times
Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith. Traffic, weather, road conditions, security checkpoints and other events outside our control may affect them. We keep customers informed where a delay occurs.
7. Receipt of goods
Delivery is complete once the consignment is handed to the receiver or an authorised representative at the stated address, and proof of delivery is captured. Night long-distance deliveries may require pickup or drop-off at an accessible open space or junction for safety reasons.
8. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the consignment, subject to verification and to the item being one we accept. Claims must be reported within seven days of the delivery date.
9. Cancellation
A booking may be cancelled before pickup at no cost. Once a rider or vehicle has been dispatched, a call-out charge may apply.
10. Customer information
Details submitted during booking are used to complete and record the job, as described in our privacy policy.
